This collection consists of three items: one decorated storage box with a photo of University Hall on the front, one Purdue University matchbook cover with the 1975 football schedule on the back, and one Purdue-themed painted display plate with the inscription "Purdue 01." The three items were retrieved from a Westminster Village Retirement Community garage sale in 2017.

Scope and Contents

The collection contains one decorative round plate with a brass stand. The "Hail Purdue" lyrics are written on the edges of the plate. The plate belonged to Brice K. Meeker, who graduated with his master's and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Economics in 1950 and 1953 respectively. The collection was donated by his daughter, Lara Meeker. The collection might be useful for researchers interested in University-related artifacts and memorabilia.

The William Henry Harrison collection contains materials related to William Henry Harrison, his presidential campaign in 1840, and the Battle of Tippecanoe.  Materials include campaign songsheets, campaign ribbon, political document, newspaper clipping, and commemorative plate.

Scope and Contents The Gordon Yoder collection of Space Exploration memorabilia primarily contains items related to Apollo 11, with additional items related to NASA. Types of items include books and serials, commemorative plates, glassware, liquor bottles, space toys, posters, one of which is related to STS-1, along with other commercially produced commemorative objects produced to celebrate human spaceflight.
