Annual Reports, Date File Correspondence, and other documents created by the Office of the Dean of Students.

The Date File consists of carbon copies of outgoing mail from the Dean of Students, given a numerical signifier and arranged by date. Any correspondence containing privileged student information, such as transcripts, disciplinary procedure, and letters of recommendation, has been restricted for 70 years from the time of creation.
