Biographical Information

As noted in the April 13, 1927 Board of Trustees minutes, A. I. Lipetz of the American Locomotive Company engaged as non-resident Professor of Locomotive Engineering, to give a series of lectures during the month of November, 1927, $500 to be paid him as an honorarium for this series of lectures.
