Biographical Information

Jay R. McColl was an Assistant Professor of Steam Engineering at Purdue University. He received his B.S. from Michigan Agricultural College in 1890. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a member of the Society for the Promotion of Engineering Education.
