Historical Information

The preschool started operations as a parent cooperative in the 1950s. The cooperative later hired full-time staff and operated as an independent organization. As some point in 1990s, the preschool was absorbed into operations of Purdue Village as part of residential life functions. The parent cooperative ceased to exist in part due to failure to stay current on IRS paperwork. The original name of Purdue Village was Married Student Housing with acronym MSH
