Historical Information

The Printing Services building was built near the Single and Marriage Student Housing Courts and served as a storage facility. Over its existence, the structure has several purposes. It was originally called the Family Housing and Central Machine shop and was renamed the Family Housing and Property Accounting Warehouse in 1969. The structure became the home of Central Duplicating (later known as Printing Services) in 1972. Following the creation of a new Printing Services facility, this building was demolished as the university began plans to construct Hockmeyer Hall of Structural Biology.
