Biographical Information

Fredrick Charles Tegeler was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1922. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and graduated from Purdue University in 1947 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He later lived in Franklin, Indiana.
