Biographical Information

Charles H. Daudt served as the manager of the first National Intercollegiate Air Meet which took place at Purdue University June 21-22, 1935. Daudt received a bachelor's of mechanical engineering degree from Purdue Univesity in 1934. He was an American Airlines captain from 1942 until his retirement in 1970. He died in Connecticut in 2002 at the age of 90.
