File consists of three audio reel recordings from an engineering banquet honoring A. A. Potter's retirement on three unknown Scotch reels and one Scotch 190 reel. Audio reels 1 and 4 have overwritten audio recordings, which has effectively removed some parts of retirement ceremony recording.
