Historical Information

This structure is part of the First Street Towers complex that was designed with upperclassmen in mind. These towers have single air-conditioned rooms with private baths are arranged in clusters of no more than 22 students around a central living room/dinette area. The total cost of constructing the East and Central towers was $52,000,000.
